Inside Awakening, Lokoalana, came about through an awareness and a desire to achieve longevity and good health. We are dedicated to sharing the knowledge that we have gained with others through our complimentary therapies. They include colon hydrotherapy with the "Libbe", a FDA Approved Class II Medical Device, "open" system, Health Mate Far Infrared Sauna, Cygnus-Aqua Cleanse foot detox, lymphatic drainage with the Lymphstar Pro and massage therapy.
We are excited to offer our All Inclusive Six Day colon hydrotherapy cleanse which includes all of the above therapies. We offer our spa services at our home, Halelokoalana, on the East side of the Big Island of Hawaii.
We are located just 30 minutes from the Hilo International Airport and are only minutes to warm ponds, nature trails, botanical gardens, arts & crafts, Yoga Oasis and Volcanoes National Park.

I've had lots of colonics but this was the most comfortable and effective of any that I have tried. Your staff is so wonderful, personable and caring. I felt really pampered and taken care of in an ideal way. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great spa experience on the Big Island check out Inside Awakening. The facility is very near the ocean in a lovely home which makes it very intimate and comfortable. This isn't a big fancy resort type of spa but the services and the people are really great.
